Owner/Tenant Representation: PSG will represent the Customer and its interests through the procurement phase of the program. From programming to site selection to selection of design and construction service providers, PSG will insure that the Customer’s program objectives are met on-time and in the most efficient manner possible.
Project Management: In addition to Owner Representation, PSG will also manage customer responsibilities throughout the construction phase of the program. Services include, but are not limited to: Management of design and construction team activities; Management of customer process installations; Management and coordination of public utility installations and infrastructure; Management of furniture, fixture and equipment installations; and move planning and management.
Construction Management: In addition to Representation and Project Management services, PSG will structure your project into multiple trade/vendor packages and provide personnel to manage and coordinate day-to-day Trade Contractor and Vendor activities on your behalf. This allows the project to be broken-down into multiple trade packages, which can offer you greater cash flow and scheduling flexibility, and substantial cost savings through value-engineering and elimination of layered fees.
Facility Management Consulting: PSG can perform facility benchmarking analysis and provide assistance in the development of best-in-class facilities programs for your real estate assets. Through the development of asset-specific maintenance programs; supply and demand-side energy programs; and asset lifecycle analysis PSG can help you implement facilities programs that will insure the optimal performance of your real estate assets.
