Program Solutions Group was formed in 2004 by President Wayne Burrer, after a successful 20 year career in construction management services in the commercial construction industry. Offering professional program management and construction management services, Program Solutions Group seeks to give their clients more control of their construction and real estate programs.
Construction projects often require significant time demands as well as dedicated resources and specialized skills, which can challenge Owners who may not have the necessary people on staff. We are not general contractors, architects or real estate brokers – we are focused on providing owner-directed real estate construction programs from preconstruction through completion – and serve as our client’s construction representative for their industrial, commercial and institutional projects.
