Wayne has over 20 years experience in construction services management of industrial, commercial and institutional projects across North America and Europe. His experiences were on both the service provider and end-user sides of the transaction. It was through these experiences that he began to realize and fully appreciate the benefits of an owner-directed real estate and construction program. As a result, in 2004, Wayne formed Program Solutions Group, LLC, offering professional program management and construction management services to clients seeking more control of their construction and real estate programs.

Keith has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, including pre-construction and project management services on industrial, commercial and institutional projects. Keith joined PSG in 2005 and as Vice President is responsible for professional program and construction services for select customers across North America.
