Jacob’s passion for quality design and space planning encompasses not only different kinds of buildings – from corporate offices to industrial facilities – but also extends to ensuring the design is congruent with the economical factors involved as well.
He began his career working for architectural firms then joined one of the most prominent contractors and industrial developers in Monterrey, Mexico. There Jacob gained significant design and construction experience in the industrial sector, serving as the firm’s representative for engineered. Jacob then worked as a Project and Facilities Manager for a direct-sales firm where he was responsible for the supervision and management of a 140,000 SF distribution center, a 30,000 SF corporate office and the asset management of 90,000 SF in multi-tenant manufacturing and warehouse facility. After working with another important developer and contractor in the Monterrey area, Jacob launched his career as an independent consultant in Architectural Design, Space Planning and Project Management.
Bilingual and proficient in both written and spoken English/Spanish, Jacob bridges cultural and technical differences between owners, architects, engineers, contractors and all other associated stakeholders involved in building projects in different countries. He works with Program Solutions Group as a project manager/architect, serving our clients in Mexico.
