Program Solutions Group was selected by Welltower (formerly Healthcare REIT) in 2015 to serve as the Construction Manager for their Corporate Lodge facility, located on their beautiful main campus on Dorr Street.
The facility was designed to house out-of-town Welltower employees in comfort when attending meetings at the adjacent Headquarters facility, as well as other corporate guests as the need arises. The wood framed structure consists of a 2,800 sq. ft. basement and 11,300 sq. ft. first floor. The basement holds a laundry facility, space for building mechanical systems, and a lower level delivery area. The main area on the first floor houses a well-appointed kitchen, dining room and lounge with cozy fireplace and flat panel TV’s. Amenties also include a conference room and an outdoor entertaining patio including a kitchen with impressive views of the adjacent creek. Wings on each side of the central common area provide a total of 16 well-appointed private guest rooms, including two fully accessible units with roll-in tiled showers.
The Welltower Lodge project has applied for and is currently awaiting LEED Certification.
