Dave’s role at Program Solutions Group involves leading clients through capital improvement planning processes, providing preliminary space planning/design solutions and managing pre-construction services. As a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) in Building Design + Construction (BD+C), Dave is a great resource for our clients as well as the entire project team. He’s also the firm’s IT guru, taking care of our website, technology issues and providing photorealistic renderings/walkthroughs for our projects. Dave’s construction experience began in 1992, working as a carpenter on custom home projects, while enrolled in college. Upon graduation, Dave joined a large architecture/engineering firm in Dayton/Findlay/Lima for two years before working as a project manager for an architecture firm in Maumee for 13 years. He joined Program Solutions Group in 2011.
