Rick started his construction career as a Project Manager building cable hub sites throughout Ohio for Time Warner Cable. In 2002 he began working as a Project Scheduler for a large Cleveland based Construction Management firm, creating and monitoring schedules for projects ranging from Educational Facilities, State Highway Patrol Stations, Waste Water Treatment Plants and Airport Expansions. Later he took on the role of Project Manager for over $95 million in new construction and renovations of Educational Facilities for four different School Districts in Ohio. Prior to joining Program Solutions Group in 2015, Rick started and ran his own business providing construction schedule consulting for Owners, Contractors and Construction Management firms.
