Wayne’s experience in managing construction services began in 1988 and encompasses industrial, commercial and institutional projects across North America and Europe. He knows construction from both sides of the table, having worked for a general contracting/construction management firm and in the corporate world as an end-user as well. Seeing the dynamics of building projects from this 360 degree perspective, he envisioned a unique construction management services firm to serve in a client’s best interest. Wayne formed Program Solutions Group, LLC, in 2004 and has grown the company into a comprehensive owner representation/construction management group that completes projects for our clients around the world.
