American Interiors selected Program Solutions Group to act as Owners Rep to oversee the construction of their new working showroom and Green Learning Center in Novi, MI.

The new 21,000 sq. ft. building is comprised of 13,000 sq. ft. of office/showroom space, and 8,000 sq. ft. of warehouse.  The exterior shell is constructed using full height curtain wall glazing, insulated metal roof and wall panels, and specialty cement panels.

Interior construction incorporated pre-fabricated walls, ceilings, partitions, and raised flooring systems.  A metallic resinous floor was installed in public areas, and a 1,750 sq. ft. timber framed mezzanine structure overlooks a portion of the showroom below.
