Anytime Fitness

Anytime Fitness selected PSG as the construction manager for the tenant space build out of their new 4,785 sq. ft. workout and fitness center located in the Harvest Place Plaza in Sylvania. The project consisted of building out a previously unfinished endcap in an existing retail building. The Anytime Fitness space consisted of areas for workout equipment, free weights, weight machines, tanning beds, and cardio equipment. In addition, locker rooms and restrooms were provided for the clientele using the facility.

PSG also acted as the construction manager for the entire Harvest Place retail plaza a few years earlier.
