Dana — Cedar Park Technology Center

Program Solutions Group provided Pre-Design and Planning services, as well as served as the Owners Rep during the construction of Dana’s new Technology Center in Cedar Park, Texas in 2014. The project consisted of converting and customizing an existing 27,500 sq. ft. shell building into a state-of-the art research and development lab for a new automotive drivetrain technology that Dana is working on bringing to the market. The project also consisted of a 15,000 sq. ft. two-story office addition containing offices, workstations, and support areas for the engineering staff.
