Dana Corporation selected Program Solutions Group as the tenant representative/project manager for it’s 160,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit driveshaft manufacturing facility in Queretaro, Mexico.

The project consisted of a pre-engineered structure with both masonry and metal siding exterior wall systems. State of the art automation and various reclamation systems were implemented to minimize power and water consumption.
