Dana Corporation selected Program Solutions Group as the tenant representative/project manager for it’s fast-track 160,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit heavy axle manufacturing facility in Toluca, Mexico.

The project consisted of a pre-engineered steel structure with pre-cast exterior wall system. Skylite systems provide ample natural lighting to the production floor in order to significantly reduce the need for artificial lighting during production hours.
