First Solar, Inc. – Manufacturing Facility

First Solar selected Program Solutions Group to act on their behalf as Owner Representative to oversee the construction of their new manufacturing facility in Perrysburg, Ohio.

The project is the largest solar panel manufacturing facility by capacity in the Western Hemisphere, with a production capacity of 1.2GW, and a total area of 1.1 million sq. ft. under roof.

The facility began production of the new Series 6 panels in November of 2019 and represented a total capital investment of over $400 million.
