In 2008 First Solar, Inc. selected PSG to act as Owners Representative during the build-out of their new office space on the 44th floor of the New York Times Building in New York, New York. The project included 24,800 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office spaces, work areas, and conference rooms. This project was awarded LEED Silver in 2008 by the USGBC.
