Franklin Shops, Retail Building — Marshalls & Homegoods

Program Solutions Group served as Construction Manager for this new 81,000 sq. ft. retail building on Monroe Street in Toledo. The project began with the cleanup and demolition of the old Franklin Park Cinemas building that closed in 2004. PSG also served as construction manager for the interior buildouts of the 45,000 sq. ft. Marshalls and HomeGoods tenant spaces. Construction started in February of 2014 and the Marshalls and HomeGoods stores held their grand opening celebrations in November.
