Gilmore Jasion Mahler Ltd. — Corporate HQ

In 2019, Gilmore Jasion Mahler selected Program Solutions Group to act as the Construction Manager for their new facility at 1785 Indian Wood Circle, inside Arrowhead Park in Maumee.

Designed by SSOE, the renovated building consists of 24,000 sq. ft. of total area, with a focus on open and well-lit offices, collaboration zones and conference rooms, as well as a cafe, learning center and wellness room

A new building facade was introduced to the East elevation – creating a wall of glass to bring natural daylight inside the facility. Interior wall construction utilized innovative pre-fabricated wall panels in a number of employee offices and open collaboration spaces.
