Goodyear/Cooper Tire – Manufacturing Expansion

In 2023, Cooper Tire (now owned by Goodyear) selected Program Solutions Group as Owner Representative for an expansion project at their facility in Texarkana, TX.

Thie 45,450 sq. ft. facility contains a main building area that is 3 stories tall, and a high bay for a Tandem Mixer that is an impressive 131’ tall. Two interior structural mezzanines support the Tandem Mixers, with each mezzanine being 24” thick.

The project was completed on-time for equipment installation in 2024, meeting the client’s original schedule.
