Processing/Testing Lab – Phase I Corporate Facility

In 2019, Program Solutions Group was selected by a national firm to act as construction manager for their newest facility to be built here in Northwest Ohio.

The 20,700 sq. ft. facility consists of 4,400 sq. ft. of administrative office space and 16,300 sq. ft. of specializd processing, testing and storage areas, and is located on an 8 acre parcel to allow room for future expansion.

The modern and clean look of the facility is achieved with a brick veneer, a cantilevered overhang and a large amount of glazing on the lower height administrative office area, and a metal insulated panel forming the exterior perimeter of the taller processing area.

Construction was completed in May 2020.
