Processing/Testing Lab – Phase 2 Corporate Facility

After the successful completion of Phase I, Program Solutions Group was selected again by a national firm in 2020 to act as construction manager for Phase II of their facility in Northwest Ohio.

Phase II adds 125,000 sq. ft. to the existing building, and is located on an 8 acre parcel to allow for even more expansion. This phase consists of 10,000 sq. ft. of administrative office space, 70,000 sq. ft. of specialized processing, testing and storage areas, and 45,000 sq. ft. of mechanical space.

The modern and clean look of the facility is achieved with an insulated metal panel forming the exterior perimeter walls.

Construction of this phase wrapped up in January of 2022.
