La-Z-Boy

In 2009, La-Z-Boy Corporation selected PSG as Tenant Representative/Project Manager for this 900,000sf build-to-suit cut and sew facility in Saltillo, Mexico.

The project consisted of a conventional steel structure with a pre-cast concrete wall system. A standing seam metal roof was used, that included the extensive use of skylites to bring natural lighting into the facility. The facility was constructed to strict FM standards which involved extensive building upgrades including roofing, fire suppression, and MEP systems.
