Owens College — Arrowhead Park

Program Solutions Group served as Construction Manager when Owens Community College decided to build their new satellite campus location at Arrowhead Park in Maumee in 2009.

The project consisted of converting an existing office/industrial building into a combination Classroom and Office space for Owens. The scope included site improvements, complete interior demolition and reconstruction of 24,000 sq. ft. to meet the tenant requirements for remote Office and Classroom space. Demolition started in August 2009 and Owens took possession of the space in November to be used for Spring Semester.
