Rosary Care Center

The Sisters of St Francis recently selected Program Solutions Group to complete an interior remodel project encompassing all four floors of the Rosary Care Center in Sylvania. The project is scheduled to begin in November of 2012.

Rosary Care Center, constructed in 1975 as a residence hall for senior Sisters of St. Francis is now a 76 bed licensed nursing home facility that offers skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services to vowed religious women, men and priests in Northwest Ohio.

This project will include new interior finishes in interior corridors on all floors, including flooring, paint, vinyl wallcovering and high efficiency lighting fixtures. The scope also includes the demolition and reconstruction of existing nurses stations for better efficiency, as well as the renovation of common areas such as lounges, sewing rooms, mail areas, computer areas, and kitchenettes.
