Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick, LLP – Corporate Office Renovation

Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick, LLP selected Program Solutions Group to act as construction manager for a renovation to their existing corporate office.

This 10,704 sq. ft. project included renovations and upgrades to existing first and second floor restroom cores, including making them fully accessible.

Major renovations in the lower level included new dining, cafe and kitchen areas, and a new IT office area and Conference Center with three modern conference rooms. The upgraded staff areas also incorporated a new club room with an electrochromatic glass entrance.

All work was completed while keeping the office fully open and functional.
