Washington Local Schools – Silver Creek Elementary

Washington Local Schools selected Program Solutions Group to act on their behalf as Owner Rep for the replacement of three elementary school facilities.

Silver Creek Elementary School will replace the former Jackman Elementary and Wernert Elementary School facilities. This 87,000 sq. ft. facility will include 28 state of the art classrooms, dedicated spaces for art, music and STEM, and over 3,000 sq. ft. of gym space with a connected stage, storm shelter and inclusive playground spaces.
