In addition to Owner Representation and Project Management services, PSG provides Construction Management services as an extension of your staff. To ensure the best possible outcomes in the shortest time frame PSG will structure your project into multiple trade/vendor packages and provide personnel to manage and coordinate day-to-day Trade Contractor and Vendor activities on your behalf. By planning the project in multiple trade packages, construction can often begin sooner (even prior to total design completion) which can provide greater cash flow and scheduling flexibility, as well as substantial cost savings through value-engineering and the elimination of layered fees.

Construction projects often require significant time demands as well as dedicated resources and specialized skills, which can challenge Owners who may not have the necessary people on staff. We are not general contractors, architects or real estate brokers – we are focused on providing owner-directed construction programs from preconstruction through completion – and serve as our client’s construction representative for their industrial, commercial and institutional projects.
