One example of Program Solutions Group’s Facility Management Consulting is our ongoing work in maintaining up-to-date floor/space plans for one of our clients. We communicate regularly to generate floor plans which are color coded and easy to understand. This information is used by the IT department to track phone extensions and networking needs; the HR department to monitor personnel and the facility staff to track FF&E (furniture, fixture and equipment) assets.
