Dana Tech Center

Prior to founding PSG, while working for Dana, Wayne Burrer and Keith Recknagel were responsible for construction of the 185,000 sq. ft. Corporate Headquarters and North American Technical Center in Maumee, Ohio. This design/build facility sits on a 30 acre campus. The completed project includes 105,000 sq. ft. of research and development area with multiple dynometer foundations and test pits, as well as 80,000 sq. ft. of office area. Included in the office area is a fully staffed kitchen and cafe area for employees, as well as training and fitness areas with private locker room facilities.

Since it’s completion, PSG has continued to provide construction services for numerous lab and office projects in this facility.
