Heartland Rehab

Heartland Rehabilitation selected PSG as the construction manager for the tenant space build out of their new 4,700 sq. ft. rehabilitation facility at the Boulevard in Arrowhead Park. The project consisted of building out a previously unfinished endcap in an existing retail building. Heartland’s suite consisted of a large therapy area for numerous pieces of machinery, along with staff offices, hard-walled private treatment rooms, semi-private treatment rooms, and curtained treatment rooms.

PSG has enjoyed a working relationship with Heartland Rehabilitation, and has acted as construction manager at many of their other locations.
