Kripke Enterprises Inc. – World Headquarters

Kripke Enterprises selected PSG for complete design and construction management services of this 223,000 sq. ft. building renovation that will serve as their new world headquarters.

The project consisted of a 125,000 sq. ft. warehouse and sorting facility, that also included employee locker rooms, employee restrooms, a first aid area, truck scale operator office, exterior truck weigh scale, and facilities and production staff offices.

An additional 8,105 sq. ft. office area was completely gutted and remodeled into a modern office space with collabortion areas, trader workstations, staff workstations, glass walled executive offices, and high-tech conference rooms.

The remainder of the project was a 98,025 sq. ft. warehouse space for a future tenant, with 6 truck docks and an interior office area, as well as a new parking lot.
