Rosary Care Center — Phase II

Phase II is the continuation of a facility modernization project that Program Solutions Group began for the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania two years ago.

Phase II of the renovations to Rosary Care Center began construction in August of 2015. This phase includes a partial remodel of selective 1st floor common areas, plus new finishes for the entire 27,200 sq. ft. first floor. The first floor includes a main dining area, private dining area, staff offices, physical therapy area, conference rooms, Franciscan Library, visitor lounges, gift shop, and multiple resident activity areas.

The project also includes the creation of a 13,500 sq. ft. enclosed garden area for use by the residents of Rosary Care. This area will include paved walking paths, a covered gazebo, sitting benches, a water feature, and beautiful landscaping throughout.

Phase II was completed in phases to keep disruption to the residents and staff as minimal as possible.
